⚡️ you are a woman who cares and who is in a leadership role, be it as a mom, a CEO, or any other role where you’re called to lead yourself and others through these unprecedented times in our world

As women in leadership roles
(and yes, being a mom is a leadership role in itself, even if that’s something society isn’t acknowledging fully yet)
we’re taking care of a number of things while we’re also holding space for all the emotional processes taking place - and that is deep work
This is why it can feel draining and overwhelming for so many of us. 
This is why we sometimes doubt our abilities to hold it all and to do things good enough. 
 
But what if you did everything good enough, always? 
What if
🧘🏾‍♀️ you just need to practice mindfulness and some other practices a little more to discover exactly that?
⚡️ you weren’t responsible for everything others do or don’t do (including your kids!)?
👸🏽 you then would be free to create the change, alignment, and ease in your life that you so crave, without forcing it but with a sense of certainty, joy, and trust?
In this workshop we’re laying the groundwork for this to happen. 
In these four days I’m going to teach you the basics of what you need to do daily to adapt. 
As human beings we’re wired to adapt. So there’s no doubt you can do it. 
But what is required is that you commit. 
That you’re full in. 
You can then step out of pressure and create more ease immediately.

Do I have to attend live?
The live sessions are recorded, so no worries if you can't attend live.
In order to get the most out of this workshop all you have to do is fully commit and show up for yourself.
That can mean attending live whenever you can, listening to the recordings if you couldn't attend live, and engaging in the chat, even if only a little. 

 

Is my English good enough?
yes! You can 100 % for sure attend, even when your English isn't so good or not perfect (my one isn't either).
I speak slowly, I can repeat things and put words in the chat, and also, most importantly:
this connection is mainly a connection that happens in your heart 💖 You'll understand everything fine (even if a voice inside of you tells you otherwise).
