Kim-Nicola Lorentzen has been working in the medical-pedagogic area since 2002. Qualified as a professional educator and holistic medicine practitioner she has specialised on kids, teens, young adults and parents. She coaches parents with the Conscious Parenting Method™ of the clinical psychologist and wisdom teacher Dr. Shefali Tsabary and coaches and teaches mindfulness to children, teens, young adults and parents.
Her passion is to support her coachees and students She supports her clients in letting go of outdated mental and emotional structures and to live fully in the present.
She was trained among others by Dr. Amy Saltzman (Still Quiet Place) and translated her Mindfulness CDs for younger children and teens into German. She was also trained by the Center of Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School under the direction of Saki Santorelli, Jon Kabat-Zinn and Florence Meleo-Meyer, as well as by Jennifer Cohen-Harper (Little Flower Yoga) and the Mindful Schools organisation. Conscious Coaching she learned from and got certified by Dr. Shefali Tsabary.
She coaches and teaches online via video call as well as at local schools and in the practice Re-focus in Hamburg/Germany. She can be booked for workshops in different locations.
Her mother tongue is German. She’s fluent in English.
